 Blog 6: I study anthropology and the truth is a bit exhausting. It is a career with a multitude of applications and a multitude of currents of thought. It is very dispersed as a discipline and on many issues there are still many disagreements. It's hard to understand a lot of things and sometimes it makes me want to give up. But I am still here, because I am passionate and fascinated, and because I decided to finish this degree since my hopes and those of my family that supports me are that I will achieve it. Sometimes it is frustrating trying to understand the complex worldviews that authors have built in their heads over the years and pretending to learn all of that in a short time, and even more so, it is quite a challenge trying to apply concepts so abstract that They may look like castles in the air.  Post 5: I could have chosen any of the other photos I have of my grandmother, as I have so many. Maybe I chose this one because in this one she is with his favorite dog (because she has many dogs and loves them very much). But mainly I have chosen a photograph of my grandmother because she is currently going through a very complicated health situation. She has not been infected with COVID-19, but it is clear that she is probably living her last months of life due to other health conditions that she had prior to the pandemic (and that I will not detail because it is not appropriate to do in this context). At this time, as a family, we have a very difficult time, and especially my grandmother, who has cared for and loved us all, and is now suffering. She is the most courageous person I have ever known, and it pains us that things turn out to be so bad for someone who has done so much good.
